Bob Ziemek (CEO)
I’ve been in the dental lab industry since 1984. I opened Ziemek Dental Lab in 1992. Many things have changed over the years and what excites me the most is the evolution of the digital workflow.
What I’m proud of is the amazing team we have assembled here at Ziemek. We have created a culture here like no other, excellent work, family, and a fun atmosphere.
I have two children (Tyler and Alyssa) both in college working on their careers. When I’m not working on my business, I enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, and just being outdoors.
Barbara Andrews, CPA, CGMA (CFO)
I have been in the dental industry since 2014. I think my favorite aspect is the “people” centric focus of the field. As an industry, we are integrally involved in improving not only the physical well-being of our customer, but also the emotional aspect of promoting a positive self-awareness and sense of esteem. This focus is translated to our company culture and our team spirit and makes Ziemek a wonderful place to work. With over 30 years of management accounting in various industries, I can safely say that I have found a home with the Ziemek crew!
When I am not working with my amazing co-workers, I am out in the yard planting and gardening, enjoying the sunshine from my favorite beach, or watching SEAHAWKS football!

Paul Valencia (Technical Operations Manager)
I’ve been in the Dental Industry since 2010. After working in the Construction and Engineering industry as a CAD Drafter, I transferred my knowledge, love of computer systems, and CAD/CAM technology into the Dental Lab Industry. What I love most about my career is implementing the very latest technology at our lab to support our dentists and maximize their efficiency and productivity.
I am an avid fisherman and fly tyer. When not at the lab, I can be found on the water fishing, boating, kayaking, and spending time with my wife and two daughters.
Technical Operations Manager
David Wright (Removable Manager)
I have been in the dental industry since 1978. What I enjoy most about my career is the opportunity to learn something new each day, and the people I have met and worked with along the way.
When not in the lab, you will find me spending time with my children and grandchildren camping, participating in fun runs, or enjoying a good rollercoaster.
Don Hageman (Implant Manager)
I have been in the dental industry since 1998 and joined the Ziemek team in 2003. What I love most about my career is the constant challenge to learn more and improve my skills, and I am rewarded by the knowledge our work improves the health and lives of our patients.
When I’m not tackling a complicated implant restorative or guided surgery case, I can be found in the woods, under water, or tending bees on my rural mini-farm with my wife and seven kids.
Jack Scott (Ceramics Manager)
I’ve been in the industry since 1994, and the thing I like about working here most is collaborating with a dedicated and professional group of people who strive for excellence every day. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching baseball.
Lindsey Lay (Front Office Manager)
I have been in the dental industry since 2010. What I love most about working at Ziemek Laboratories is that it feels like a family. I also love working with our dental clients to ensure their cases flow through the lab and back to them with all their expectations met.
On the weekends, you might run into me at Gabi’s comic shop, Omnia Yoga class, playing disc golf with friends, or scouting out more plants to add to my ever growing collection. I also enjoy video games, expressing myself through my art, and listening to David Bowie.
Front Office Manager
Sheri Wolden (Esthetics Manager)
I have been in the dental industry since 1987, and with Ziemek since the day it opened in 1992. What I love most about my job is the challenge of matching a single anterior restoration to existing natural dentition and making it disappear in the patient’s mouth, working with dentists and patients to help meet their aesthetic goals, and working with the amazing team of people we have here.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me with my husband and our two daughters on the slopes in the winter or camping at the beach in the summer, trying to catch some waves.
